The selected goods or equipment are to be purchased by the buyer and the supplier and buyer agree on all terms. Together with you, we look at the individual case and choose from the various possibilities the most suitable one for you. We make sure that your project is realised!
We have been structuring purchasing facilities for commodities for our customers for decades. We buy products for our customers worldwide from suppliers on cash terms. At the same time, we sell the goods to our customers with payment terms of 6 to 12 months after delivery. In this way, suppliers receive payment upon delivery at the latest and customers can already earn money with their purchased products before they have to pay for them later. When producing capital goods, manufacturers often invest primarily financially in advance. At the same time, buyers usually need several years to earn back the investment sum. In addition, buyers usually purchase capital goods for projects from several manufacturers, often from several countries. Here we offer solutions! The manufacturers receive down payments as well as payments upon delivery and acceptance of the equipment. Buyers receive a credit for the investment sum of all purchases over several years, which matches the payback period of the purchased products. For this, we purchase all the equipment and pay the manufacturers. For the buyer, we work with our financial and credit insurance partners to structure suitable financing, which in turn pays us.
