The Sunhorse Group was born out of a vision that evolved over a decade. The original name is “Pferde der Sonne” (“Horses of the Sun”) and stands for the horsepower of the sun. It leads back to the sheer endless power of the sun, which we can only catch and use without harming anyone or anything. The holding company Pferde der Sonne B.V. was established in 2019 to realise the various goals of the Sunhorse Group. To this end, Pferde der Sonne B.V. sends the various Sunhorses into the field. So far, these are Sunhorse Trading GmbH in Lübeck, Germany, founded in 2021, and Sunhorse Trading B.V. in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, founded in 2022. In line with the activities mentioned – which you can find on this website under “Our Passion” – a whole series of other Sunhorses are being sent on their way – each with a special mission to make the world a little better
